FortiMail quarantine email attachment

Hi,

 

Can FortiMail quarantine email attachment from unknown (first time sender) sender? Receiver need to access to FortiMail portal to whitelist the sender, so that next time the sender's attachment can direct download to receiver's laptop (eg: outlook express)?

I think you want to quarantine the address that sent you mail for the first time. There is no such feature on fortimail. There is GreyList but he does not quarantine it, greylist.
