FortiMail Personal Quarantine Alert API Trigger

Hi,

 

Is there a way using API that I can trigger the personal quarantine report email for a specific user? I have 1600+ users and have a big(ish) minority who want their quarantine report more regularly than the once a week that we have set globally. I have put in an NFR for users to be able to manage their own alert frequency, but that's a while away if they opt to do it at all, and while we do constantly point them at the web portal, I still get complaints.

    Hi,

    once a week?? once or twice a day is not an unusual configuration; I'd recommend  that for your 1,6K users.

    It could solves the problem without use the API stuff, couldn't it?
