Fortimail IBE increase maxmimum file size

Hey all, it is possible to increase maximum file size for attachments in IBE, when sending mails over the web portal?

If i try to add an file with 1.8 mb it gives me an error "entity too large".

Hi @Anonymous, 

 

thanks for the reply, but this doesent help me. For me the Uplaod is the problem, not the download. I get following error if i try to upload a file about 2mb:

Hi Lukas-de
Could you share your relevant encryption profile please?
In that profile you define the maximum size of the message you push to the recipient.
If you exceed that value, that email will be sent with Pull method

We dont use Push method, only Pull. The error appears if the reciepient of an IBE message replys to it via the IBE "Webmail" Portal.
