Fortimail 200F 6.4.4 Generate new local certificate pending cannot download CSR grey

Hi:

Fortimail 200F 

v6.4.4(GA), build446, 2021.02.04

My SSL certificate is expiring  - I generated a new Pending certificate 

When I highlight it the Download button is greyed out 

How do I get my csr ?

I tried deleting it 4 times now and always the same thing  

I have changed the name to just vmail  so it is not _ or numbers or whatever in the name

    Hi,

    This is a bug in 6.4.4, which will be fixed in next GA. There is a workaround: in your browser, press F12, and in Elements tab, use the select function to find the "Download" button when it's grey, then remove disabled="disabled" from the button property. You will be able to download it after that.
