Hi all,

do you know if it's possible a configuration like this:

FORTIGATE ----fortilink------ FORTISWITCH1 -----fortilink----- FORTISWITCH2

From the FortiGate I'm able to view the first FortiSwitch but not the second one...

Thanks

    Hi,

Yes it should work in the latest FortiOS 5.4.1 and FortiSwitch 3.4.2.

Look in the documents at http://docs.fortinet.com

I haven't found specific documents related to the solution I'd like to apply and as a first try I was not able to "view" the second switch via FortiLink but only the "first" one (the one directly connected to the FortiGate).

I have implemented Fortigate (HA)--Fortlink--Fortiswitch----other Fortiswitches which seems to be working but all on one VDOM.

Haven't been able to find any documentation on implementation this on multiple VDOMs. In the past I have used cisco switches(nexus, IOS) for this implementation, where the aggregate is set up on say root VDOM and VLAN interfaces are setup on the different vdoms but using the same trunk port set up on root as the interface to the switches(Works great). I have not been able to mimic this with the fortiswitches.

Thanks for your comments in advance.
