FortiLink Over SFP

Hi

Im new to FotiSwtch and we have a plan to replace our Cisco 3560 with FortiSwitch the current environment consists of 4 locations where the 108E will be installed which needs to serve 3 VALNS and needs some help to know if FortiLink will going to work over SFP as per attached diagram? And if there will be any type of limitations in this setup.
