fortiguard web Filter

Hi

I have a 600E

fortiguard web filter is not giving me any fortiguard category-based filter. the option to enable is not present

web filter is enabled the license for the feuter is also valid

in the cli the settings

 set feature-set proxy

and

 set feature-set Flow

is not available I'm at a loss as to why I don't have the settings or the options for

fortiguard category-based filter

Hi @SvsB ,

Please make sure the Fortigate itself able to go out to the internet.
execute ping guard.fortinet.net

If this one not working, Fortigate will not able to fetch necessary database into the Fortigate.

Let me know the update and we will proceed further.

i can ping guard.fortinet.net

i do suspect that the reason for my problems is that my firewall is set to policy-based and not profile based ]

how can I undo this? set to profile based without losing data
