FortiGuard - Remove Licence Expiration Notification Error - 40+ Days Lapsed

Hi Everyone,

 

We have a Expiration notification and would like to ignore it like the others.

Looking at: Operational Technology (OT) Security Service Expired (Expiration Date: 2024/02/12)

As you can see in the image, it has been more than 40 days since the expiration and is showing as an Error instead of a Warning.

 

We have done updates and reboots. I couldn't find a solution online.

Could anyone point me in the right direction?

The email is send to the registered email. You may need to check if it's enable under settings. Where you can check or unchecked email notifications for link status, reboots and so on. I once saw subscription renewal notification listed before during 6.4.6

    There is no way to force-remove this warning without a format+reinstall (that would remove any knowledge from your FG that such a license ever existed).

    What I have found is that it will disappear automatically after 90 days (not 40)
