FortiGuard

Has anyone came across the Fortiguard having problems to rate pretty much every single website and then not passing the traffic through because of the rating errors?

This week the same issue happened with two clients running completely separated Fortigates. The solution was to enable the option to 'Allow Websites When a Rating Error Occurs' on the Webfilter profile.

I was wondering if Fortiguard had some issues with the service or if the issue is local and was just a coincidence happening with two different clients on the same week.
