FortiGateCloud stuck on upgrade in progress - now can't deploy

Hi There,

I tried to upgrade my FG60e using the "upgrade" tab under management in FortiGateCloud. Nothing happened and I discovered that the "Firmware and General updates" just expired for this device. It is stuck at "Upgrade to v6.0.4, build 231 In Progress @ 2019-10-02". I tried cancel the upgrade, but that doesn't help either - it's still stuck.

Now I can't configure and deploy from the FortiGateCloud, since there is already a deploy in progress - the upgrade I assume. Working locally on the FG60e works fine.

How do I get it unstuck?
