Fortigate1000c sfp+ issue

Hi to all,

i have a fg 1000c equiped whit 2 sfp+ module in port23 and 24.

I have connected the interface in a loop: port23 to port24 whit a multimode f.o but the interfaces dosen't go up. The administrative status is up but the link is down.

there is a cli command to commit?

there is a cli commad to see the sfp+ model?

can anyone help me to resolve
