Fortigate Wireless Open Mode

I have a wireless network with security mode turned on. how can I install certificates for users connecting to it during connection?

Why would you set security mode to open? To replace the certificate, you can refer to https://docs.fortinet.com/document/fortiap/6.4.0/fortiwifi-and-fortiap-cookbook/329069/replacing-wifi-certificate

Fortinac-F available. It redirects the user directly to the portal. Is this a problem for other networks?
