Fortigate Web Filter Override Page Time Out

I am having an issue with the Fortigate Web Filter Override.

The option Allow users to override blocked categories is enabled and the override link on the Access Blocked Page appears, but the page times out.

Policy and Web Filter Profiles are set to Proxy mode.

Check the following if the problem occurs:

Open CLI

:config webfilter fortiguard

:get

close-ports needs to be disabled.

If enabled use the command:

:set close-ports disable
