Fortigate Wan load link balance reducing internet speed.

Hi,

Anyone had experience that the fortigate is reducing internet speed? (test through speed test)

I am using fortigate 60D, i set up wan load link balance (weighted) using 2 isp leased lines.

I have conducted a speed test to both of the ISP. (speedtest.net)

The internet speed of each line is reduced to half of the designated speed given by the both isp.

But when I attach my laptop directly to the ISP modems, the test meets the right speed.  Both ISP.

Is there a work around? anyone can advise me based on this scenario?
