Fortigate vxlan over ipsec softsw avaya phone issues

Hi, I am setting two sites with vlan layer 2 bridging, VXLAN over IPsec, version 7.4.8

Data networks are working fine, but the Avaya phone has no dial tone and is not dialling.

I didn't see any place on CLI to adjust MTU on VXLAN interface for this version
