Fortigate vipgroup members suddenly gone to 0 in 3000D OS.5.6.3

Hi team,

            we have a vip group containing  bunch of vip members of almost 20. But suddenly all the members are removed automatically and gone to 0 member. i attached screenshot too.  how can a vip group exist  without a single member in it. Even we try to remove all member and click ok it will not accept.. anybody faced similar issue ? pls respond

    check the vip group configurations through cli

    Yeah i checked its also showing nothing. Raised a TAC case they said its strange they also haven't faced any issue or bug related to this..  the reply TAC given is :

     

     

    "When we manually edit or create a VIPgroup, FGT will not allow you to update or create if members are empty. Unfortunately empty members in VIP group is really strange. I have not seen any similar issue reported on the same".
