Fortigate - Terms and Disclaimer Agreement appear

Hello,

I created a new wlan. This network works fine, but it needs internet connection. I setted up a new IPv4 policy to accept outgoing trafic from this wlan.

Oddly, when I connect an endpoint to this network the Forti Terms and Disclaimer Agreement webpage appear. I didn't use " set disclaimer enable" command. It is the only one policy using this wlan in source network (I don't have any policy using "all" in source network). If I disable this policy, outgoing trafic is blocked, but the message still appear (so it is not because of ipv4 policy).

I already did the same configuration past week with an another wlan and this message does not appear and I directly have internet connection. I searched a lot but I can't find why this webpage appear and I don't want to.

I am using fortigate80e with 6.0.5 firmware
