Fortigate Syslog offloading to Cynet

We have our Fortigate firewalls configured for Syslog offloading to Cynet.  We are then trying to take action, to block IP addresses of users trying to brute force VPN credentials.  We are using a script provided to Cynet by Fortinet named Fortigate-Remediation V0.2.exe, and when it tries to block an IP address, it is getting back "Max retries exceeded".  Any chance anyone knows what the fix for this is?
