FortiGate (SWG) How many users are recommended?

Hello all

In Secure Web Gateway data sheet. The recommended number of employees is placed.

For example: FortiProxy 400E is 10,000–50,000 users.

In NGFW, the recommended number of employees is not placed in the data sheet.

My question is: when I want to use NGFW for SWG (web filter), How can I determine the number of employees?

For example: FortiGate 2500E (For use SWG); How many users are recommended?

Please explain how I can calculate the number of users for NFGW when use for SWG?
