[FORTIGATE] Status LED stays green

I did a factory reset using CLI on a Fortigate 50B but now the status led stays green. I rebooted several times but the status led stays green and the internet LED's are not lit at all.

    Connect to the Console Port and start a session (PuTTy comes to mind) and reboot the device
