Fortigate SSL VPN Web Portal iPAD (iOS) RDP error

Hello. When I tried to use the RDP connection from Fortigate SSL VPN Web Portal I got a "Failed to connect" error. I've tried this operation on two different Fortigates (virtual and appliance) and different iOS devices with the same result. From Windows or Android clients all work well. Is anybody have a successful connection to the RDP connection from Fortigate SSL VPN Web Portal from iOS devices?

Hi Viktor,

I have same issue.

Android and also Windows working fine.

Iphone not. Also its not working when Iphone is a Hotspot for Windows Device, can you confirm this too?

Hi Rilas. I didn't check iPhone is a Hotspot for Windows Device so I can't confirm this. I've opened a TAC case about this problem. I'll let you know if they could fix the problem.
