FortiGate SNMP MiB how to make an alert von VPN Bandwith

Hello Guys,

what would you suggest to be a best practice to achive this task.

If a VPN Tunnels Bandwith is on 80% for 5 Minutes then an admin should be alerted.

What you think guys? would it work for Nagios?
