Fortigate + Microsoft Windows 10 VPN client

Hi I have a client which is trying to use Microsoft Windows 10 VPN clients to connect to Fortigate IPsec VPN.

1. Is it even possible?

2. Where I can find  a list of Fortigate supported or at least tested  third parties VPN clients for IPsec VPN

3. Is there  any configuration guide for Fortigate + Microsoft Windows 10 VPN client?

Problem is that Microsoft Windows 10 VPN client can connect to Fortigate from remote site, but Fortigate register client with public IP address, so no other  Microsoft Windows 10 VPN client can  connect from the same site.
