FortiGate local authentication

hi

our client don't have AD so we decide to create local users and groups (3 groups)

but t the authentication work just  for 2 group the other one when the user enter its password it shows authentication failed  (the username and password are correct 100%)

when we move the  user to the other group the authentication work 

any idea?
