Fortigate Load Balancing Issue

I have 2 connections with load balance settings The connection works smoothly and traffict has passed 2 links. But I'm having a bit of trouble, from my users suddenly unable to access the web content while it can be ping, it happens just a few seconds, then normal again.

Has anyone ever experienced something like me? Please help give me advice,

My Configuration: - I use load balanced algorithm with Volume Based - in DNS, primary dns using dns from isp 1, dns secondary from isp 2

    I bet it's a DNS issue.

    Often, ISP1 will not accept DNS requests coming from ISP2's hosts. You can test if this is the issue by

    - browsing with IP addresses (OK, that will take some preparation)

    - using a 'neutral' DNS like 9.9.9.9 or 9.9.9.10

    Hi,

    have you checked DNS resolution at the same time with help of NSlookup tool?

    What was the error on your browser?

    Is it happen for all Users / Some users / Specific user?

    What are CPU and RAM uses on the FortiGate (In peak time and normal time)?
