FortiGate License Renewal

Hi Everyone,

we have FortiGate Product model 30E The renewal date was January 27, 2024, but after one year, the renewal date is August 11, 2024, so why is the renewal not one year?

I guess your last license has expired on Aug 2023. If this is the case then as you renewed it on January 2024 you lose 5 months.

I renewed it before it expired.

Check the expiration date on both FG dashboard and on support portal as well.

In case it is not ok I'd suggest to contact your local Fortinet account manager or reseller.

I would suggest opening a ticket with Customer Service to verify that.
