Fortigate LDAP to DC on other fortigate through VPN

I have 2 fortigates.

I'm trying to configure LDAP through VPN connction.

Fortigate 1 [192.168.7.1] > [11.100.1.1] VPN [11.100.1.2] > Fortigate 2 [192.168.1.1] > DC [192.168.1.25]

Can't ping or tarce from CLI of fortigate 1 to DC or fortigate 2.

Can ping from computers that connected to fortigate 1 to computers that conncted to fortigate 2.
