Fortigate - Issue to Activate trial License

I am creating my Fortigate Lab, using vmware workstation pro.

i have downloded the lates VM-FGT_VM64-v7.6.0.F-build3401-FORTINET.out.ovf.zip (98.44 MB)

i did all config, and i can reach out to internet, but when i try to activate the trial license using GUI or CLI, it give me Timet error msg. find the SC belos, and please help

In your FGT GUI --> Dashboard --> Status --> FortiGate Cloud widget, what does it look for now?

Hello Stanley,

In the FortiGate's CLI could you provide the command, "get system status" and attach the output here.

    And if you log into FortiCloud do you have any existing or registered FortiGate evaluation licenses?

      show system interface

      show firewall policy

        run the  below cmd:-

        SSH2:-
        diag debug application update -1
        diag debug enable
        execute time
        exec update-now

        SSH3:-
        diagnose autoupdate version
        diagnose autoupdate status
        get router info routing-table all
        show full system fortiguard
        show full system setting
        show full system dns

        diagnose debug rating
        execute ping 8.8.8.8
        execute ping update.fortiguard.net
        execute ping service.fortiguard.net
        execute ping directregistration.fortinet.com
        show full system fortiguard
        show full system central-management
