fortigate is not blocking whatsapp file transfers

Greetings,

I have a fortigate 200F, in Application Control I have blocked file transfer in Whatsapp, but it doesn't work, users can download files without problem, I even have Deep inspection enabled.
If by webfilter I block whatsapp.net, the block to file transfer works, but does not allow a new synchronization of whatsapp web.

Fortigate Version 7.0.5
Any solution?

I think I've solved it
I had user navigation based on profiles
What I did was to create a policy from the lan to the wan with destination "Internet Service" Facebook-Whatsapp in proxy mode.

Hi,

Yes, the certificate is installed, and when I check the certificate on the whatsapp page the fortigate certificate appears.
