FortiGate IP can't be seen in the traceroute

When executing traceroute from our server to 4.2.2.2 we can't see the IP of the Fortigate while when we execute traceroute from other firewall we can see that the 2nd hop is RTO.

    Does the FortiGate have ping enabled on the interfaces that the traceroute is going through?

    What type of taceroute do you have enable ( icmp or udp ) at the host

     

    What service do you have enable (  ping , ALL_ICMP, etc...)
