fortigate internet service database will update automatically ?

Hi team

one of our customer using fortigate 100E with 5.6 fortiOS. they need to exclude the AWS ips from security scanning to avoid slow issue. i have created a new policy with fortigate internet service database. so i see that AWS using 4000+ ip address.

my question is fortigate internet service database will update automatically ?. or only the same ip will use?
