FortiGate firewall FTP Backup

Hello Guys,

 

FortiGate firewall has been configured with FTP backup settings and backup to the FTP server also successful but new backup is replacing the old backup as the file name for the backup is same.

 

Is it possible to have backup with date ?

    Hi Jegan,

     

    I had the same issue.

     

    So, I have changed my backup strategy to SCP by batch script (it can be shell if you want).

     

    It's pretty efficient.
