Fortigate F60 ipsec vpn with 7 dialup edgerouters

Hi all,

really getting frustrated with this been trying to get these VPNs to connect for about 3 weeks now.

I have a fortigate with a static IP and NVR

I have put up 7 other locations with cameras on them behind edgerouterx es I can not figure out how to get them to connect.

any guidance would be greatly appreciated. every video I have found shows static to static.. my situation is static fortigate with 7 dynamic remote sites

I seem to be getting conflicting information. Heck just exactly what needs to match would be nice. altho I have everything matching that I can think of
