FortiGate does not block audio streaming

We have a fortigate 200D, firmware version v5.2.4, build688 (latest version for this model) and we have configured the Bandwidth Consummin web filter category blocked and the URL mixcloud.com added in static url blocking. We also block all video / audio applications and, although access to www.mixcloud.com is blocked the first time, when you enter the url indicated above, it's loaded and playing audio without problems. This is happening with chrome and internet explorer.

Are you able to block HTTPs websites in general?

Try adding mixcloud.com/* as a wildcard entry in Static URL filter & set action to block. It should work. You might need to customize this filter depending upon what exactly you would like to block. ;)
