Fortigate CPS (Connections Per Second) MIB

Hey Guys, I recently found the following url:

But in it (Or anywhere else) I can't seem to find a MIB to capture Connections Per second, namely for TCP connections. Is there such a MIB and if so, can someone please point me into the right direction?
