FortiGate block page rated as 'Business'

Website "www.sigmaaldrich.com" although correctly rated as "Business", pictures blocked.

What can I do on Forti config ?

I waiting for support anwser 48h, still nothing.

Static URL Filter can allow the site.

Doesn't solved the problem. I add filter as 'allow', I also ad page to new forti custom category. Still the same.

Other solutions?

Did you create a signature under Business that allows it? Other option is completely white list the domain.
