Fortigate + Apple iOS 18.2 + VPN Fortinet Client Broken

Can anyone else verify that Apple iOS 18.2 breaks the Forticlient IPSec and SSL VPN?

User error - LTE/Cellular issue - after reset of iPhone can connect to VPN. :)

User updated to RC iOS 18.2 last night so we figured it was related.
