Fortigate - Account for guest

Hello,

 

Is it possible to block the change of the expiry time of a guest account? For example, I set 4 hours and the administrator who creates the account cannot change this or no longer than 4 hours. How can this be done?

It seems that it's not possible to limit the access for the guest provisioning account, even though it's very limited still has full access in the guest details while creating the guest account:
