Fortigate 60D Webfiltering

Hello,

 

We just obtained a new client and they have a FortiGate 60D with webfiltering.  However, it appears the webfiltering is not working even though the license section says it is.  I came across on an internet search a tool called the FortiClient.  Do you have to have the FortiClient in order to take advantage of the Webfiltering for their organization?

Hello,

 

FortiClient is not required for FortiGate web filtering. I would recommend to check whether webfilter is enabled under firewall policy.
