Fortigate 60D After the last update Exchange mail not working properly

I did Update Forti OS 5.4.1 , after the update my fotrinet sow some misbehave like load balancing not working ,Exchange mail not Working like that. anyone have any Idea how to downgrade my forti os.

The diag debug flow command if your friend. You need to run it to determine what's breaking ?

What exactly is the issue? "Not Working" is kinda vague and makes it hard to help assist you with your issue.

Is the traffic having issues coming in, but is flowing out fine? Vice versa?
