Fortigate 60c or 40C

Hi all,

i'm really new in this context, i'm thinking to by a firewall fortigate 60c or 40c to filter some content for my kids.

I don't know so much about these two devices, just read some document in internet.

What i want basically it's filter the web content using regexpress to avoid that kids can  search some specifics keywords. From documentation this  should be possible, but what i didn't understand if this function available in firmware 6 is available also for the device that i want buy or if its possible to update to this firmware.
