hello guys, I got FortiGate 50E. Opened Network>>Interfaces >>  Administrative Access >> selected PING and Interface State is Enabled, why Cant I ping?

firmware: 5.6.4

    Probably asked hundreds times by now on the forum for the same question "not pingable". Do you happen to have configured "trusthost" in CLI or "Restrict login to trusted hosts" in GUI for admin users?

    or - more basically even - did you give the interface an ip / did it get one via dhcp?
