Fortigate 500D Deauthentication Error

Hi, I have a Fortigate 500D firewall with v6.2.2 firmware. When I'm on web interface, in firewall user monitor section, I try to deuthenticate the certain users all the time, but nothing happens. Unable to change. Is this problem related to the new firmware? Thanks in advance.
