Fortigate 40F "A" Interface

Hi

Do you know if I will be able to use the "A" port on a fortigate 40F for production, or is its use restricted to local admin access?

    Hey Usually port a is used for fortilink, but its a customized option you can exclude it from fortilink interface tab and add anyother port or not , then you can use it

    Quite correct. For example, I do not use FortiLink at home and use the A port on my 40F as a second WAN port instead.
