Fortigate 40c vlan configure using the CLI

The lastest firmware no longer supports configureing vlans from the web gui how do you do this using the CLI.

    hello, indeed, with 40c you can do that with cli, usual way:
      config system interface    edit <name>       set type vlan       set vlanid <id>       set vdom <vdomname>       set ip ...        ...     next  end

    If you click on the create new button on the interfaces page there is an option to set VLAN and bind it to an interface? - do you not have that? Running MR3 patch 8
