Fortigate 40C local port not working

Hi,

I am facing problems of no local port connectivity.

When I connect patch chord from Windows 7 PC to any 1 to 5 of local ports, local area connection is not getting connected showing cross mark. Also, Internal LEDs doesn't glow.

I have tried to hard reset by pressing reset button, then also nothing worked.

Only WAN port is getting connected to the PC. But, I forgot WAN port IP, so only one way communication is happening i.e. only Tx bytes are showing. Rx bytes 0 seen on local area connection on PC.

I have also tried to connect by Console cable as well USB not getting connected. Device is not detectted even on FortiExplorer when connected with USB.

Please help me to solve this.
