FortiGate 360 Protection

Hi,

 

I have bought 2 firewall clusters with 360 protection (100F + 600E). The 100 is sending traffic logs to the FotiAnalyzer Cloud, the 600 doesn't. Is this a normal behavior or do I need some more licences? The system logs are sending successfully to the FortiAnalyzer Cloud, so connection is online and working fine.

Hi Team,

 

Could you please execute this command "di test update info | grep AFAC"

I will check the output of license and keep you posted
