Question

Fortigate 300c , some users/guest do not get internet connection

Hello,

I am a system admin at a company with around 150 employees.

We use fortigate 300c.

Some of the users who are in our active directory but not in our firewall addresses are not getting any internet connection, also some of the company's guest are facing the same problem.

I am unable to figure the problem out since its only some not all the users that are getting affected by it.

    dear friend , 

                        if u are using fsso for AD user then check the user are there in fortigate sso user or  not,

    then review the policy very well becuase most of the time this problems occur due to wrong policy or wrong arrangement,

    create new policy dedicated to guest only , so no interference will come to guest users.

    just review your policy deeply.
