Fortigate 300C - Firmware 5.2.13 - SSL VPN portal issue

Hi All,

I have a FortiGate 300C which is running on Firmware V5.2.13. I'm trying to set up a SSL VPN portal for outside users to connect into my network. I have created all the users and have created the portal as well. But on the SSL setting when I set it to listen on my WAN interface and on port 10443 , the portal wouldn't load on https://[WAN_IP]:10443. I have created policies for the ssl.root to my LAN as well. But it doesn't seem to be working!!!

Is there something that I am missing? Is this a Firmware issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
