Fortigate 300B factory reset not working

Hello all,

 

I want to do a factory reset on a Fortigate 300B but the command execute factoryreset is missing.

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    You have any vdoms configured on that 300B?

     

    Try:

    config global exec factoryreset

    Try:

    config global exec factoryreset

    I don't know about vdoms configuration but it was part of a HA cluster.

    config global command is also missing

    Try following the disconnect procedure outlined in the HA handbook. After that the exec factoryreset should hopefully work.
